For the 2026 tax year, the FHSA deadline is Dec 31, 2026 and the RRSP deadline is Mar 1, 2027.

Why the dates differ
The FHSA deadline follows the calendar year and ends on December 31. The RRSP deadline for the same tax year falls on March 1 of the following year.
